Native Grass and Wetland Plant Nursery

Constructed Wetlands have taken on greater importance over the last decade or so now that their environmental importance has been recognized.  Constructed wetlands generally fall into 2 main categories,

• Saline/brackish Wetlands: Coastal wetlands and salt marshes.
• Freshwater Wetlands: Inland and coastal freshwater.

In the above two categories the plant species naturally differ with the occasional overlap between the two. For simplicity we deal with the two types of wetland separately. The following pages detail the two categories.
