Native Grasses

Bluedale has 3 categories of grasses; 2 Australian native and 1 non-native group.

1. Native Landscape Grasses.

Landscape Grasses are used in ornamental landscaping in both commercial and domestic applications. Landscape Grasses have been used by designers for the rustic foliage texture and colours that change with the seasons to add interest to the landscape throughout the year.

2. Native Re-vegetation Grasses.

Re-vegetation Grass are utilised to re-grass native bushland and riparian zones. Re-vegetation Grasses form the understory to successful native bushland regeneration projects.

3.  Ornamental (non-native) Landscape Grasses.

Bluedale is selective with our selection of non-native grasses as we don't want to be introducing a weed species to the market. The varieties we grow are based on our customer's popular demand.
