Lomandra longifolia

Landscape value

Lomandra longifolia, commonly known as Mat Rush, is a hardy landscape plant with many applications from commerial to domestic gardens. It makes a great filler plant with very low maintenance. The common form of Lomandra longifolia has high variability in its form. At Bluedale we limit this natural variability by collecting seed from carefully selected forms which have proven to grow well in both coastal and inland climates.
